Something for the Husband
Labels: getting fit, treatFast Five
Labels: movies
My sister, my husband and I watched Fast Five at SM Marikina last Saturday. I just watched a movie last week with my friends and this time I watched a movie again. This is a little new since I don’t get to watch movies that often anymore. Anyhow, we heard good reviews about this film which made us curious as to how good it is. I really don’t remember if I was able to watch Fast and the Furious 2, 3 and 4 but I do remember watching the first one. Same thing goes for my sister and my husband said he was able to watch 1 and 4 and can’t remember if he saw 2 and 3 also.
The movie is good; there are some scenes that are too good to be true and also some scenes that reminded me of the movie triple x which stars Vin Diesel also. What I liked more about it aside from featuring fast cars and all that is it shows how they value family and friends, oh and also the ending. *wink wink*
Enough said, you can still catch the movie if you want to watch it. It’s still showing in theaters nationwide. :)

Yoga
Labels: getting fitMy SIL
said she started with the plank position and believe it or not, she only lasted for 5 seconds where it’s supposed to be 60 sec. But she said that those seconds really made her perspire and she’s doing 10-15 seconds now. I can’t wait to try it too!
She gave me a website that has different yoga positions such as Down Dog, Down Dog Split, Down Dog Knee to Forehead, Low Lunge, High Lunge, High Lunge with Twist, and Rotated Triangle all of which has instructions as to how to do it and for how long and all looks challenging! I can’t wait to try them all at home and hopefully will lose weight fast. Wish me luck! :)

My friends and I watched this movie last Saturday at Greenbelt 3. Based on Emily Giffin’s chic lit novel, this is a story about friends and relationships. I won’t tell you much about the story because you might be planning on watching it too. But all I can say is the casting is great! Kate Hudson is perfect on her role as Darcy, while Colin Egglesfield is so yummy and fits his role as Dex. Same thing goes for Ginnifer Goodwin as Rachel and I so love John Krasinski as Ethan. Steve Howey as Marcus though is a big disappointment.
If you want to watch a feel good movie, I recommend you watch this one. And it’s a plus seeing a super hot guy in Dex. ;)

4. Tote bag - I've been wanting either of this for a long time but I can't afford it. I do hope that I'll get to own one before Christmas. :) Incidentally, my friend is selling some gucci totes and I hope to get a good deal. *wink wink*

Thor
Labels: movies
My son was asking me if he can watch Thor and so is my husband. My sister saw it yesterday and she said that it was a nice film. So this afternoon, we decided to watch Thor together; that’s me, my husband, my son and my daughter. It was also the kids’ first time to watch a movie so we’re excited for them too. My husband first took my son to watch Up but my son got scared when the lights were out when the movie was about to start so they left the movie house. Today, we were scared that it might be the same but thank God, both of them did not get scared. My son enjoyed the movie, and was even noisy inside the theater. He kept on asking questions and making some comments. My daughter on the other hand fell asleep during the movie and woke up only when it was over. But we’re glad that she did not get scared inside the movie house.
